Massage: Do not apply neat to the skin. 5 drops of Lavender Oil in 10ml of carrier oil e.g. Almond Oil.
Bath: Dilute up to 5 drops of Lavender Oil in 10ml of carrier oil, then pour under running water to disperse the oil
