Alka-Seltzer XS must always be dissolved in a glass of water prior to oral administration.
Maximum dosage: adults: 2 tablets in water every 4 hours, if necessary.
Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. The dosage should not be continued for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the stated dose.
