Products displayed on this website can be ordered ONLINE ONLY.

On placing an order, you will receive an email stating that the order has been 'processed', 'declined' or 'cancelled'. This preliminary email does not guarantee delivery of the goods. Goods are only confirmed as shipped when you receive a 'completed' email, meaning your order has been dispatched.

How and Where we deliver

We mainly deliver within the UK, but we also offer international delivery to Europe and the US. The website will show carriage costs for international delivery, once you have entered your postal address. In some circumstances if for any reason the shipping has been calculated inaccurately due to reasons of location or anything outside our control, we will inform you and propose a solution. Once received, your order is put together by our dedicated staff, and where appropriate, by our pharmacists who are members of the The General Pharmaceutical Council.

Orders are generally dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier. Royal Mail recorded or Couriers will require a signature, and will deliver between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only. Please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours. We reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it. Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple dispatches (e.g. due to stock levels, difficult to package goods, etc.). Every effort will be made to deliver within the time stated. We will ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We offer Free Delivery for orders to a UK address with a value over £60. This excludes the Channel Islands, some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Most of our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class. We do however use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for and/or courier services for certain high value or heavy parcels.

Most of the parcels we send by Royal Mail 2nd class arrive on time and very rarely is a parcel "lost" – more often than not it is just delayed. On the occasion when items are delayed or not received we operate a strict policy in line with Royal Mail guidelines. Firstly Royal Mail will not consider a parcel to be lost until 15 working days after the expected delivery date so initially we would ask that you check with your postman and your local delivery office (this is not your local post office). The postman should leave a card to say if something is being held for you at the depot however in our experience a card is not always left so it is worth checking with the depot (remember they will need proof of name and address when you collect).

If a parcel is held for you and you do not collect they will return the parcel to us in which case you would have to pay again for it to be posted back out.

After Royal Mail's 15 day "waiting period" has passed you need to notify us by e-mail to info@onlinepharmacyuk.co.uk that your parcel has not arrived. Claims for non-delivery of an item over 30 days from the expected delivery date will not be accepted. Firstly we will provide you with a copy of our proof of dispatch so that you can be reassured that it was posted and we will work with you towards a fair and just outcome for everyone. At this point we will submit a claim to Royal Mail. This process can take up to 30 days and will require you to complete a "P91 Denial of Receipt" form which will be sent to you by Royal Mail. You have 10 working days to complete and return this form to Royal Mail and it includes a signed legal declaration that the parcel has not been received. If you fail to return this form within the required 10 days Royal Mail will reject the claim and we will not be able to issue a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to issue replacement goods or refunds on missing parcels where a claim is in progress until that claim is settled and compensation received from Royal Mail. Royal Mail have a target turnaround time for claims of 30 days from the date the claim is received by them.

We regret that we are unable to change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been processed.

We are unable to process any claims for non delivery if your order is delivered to a work address, student halls, block of flats or other building with a communal delivery point and the tracking on your order is confirmed as delivered.

If you provide an incorrect, incomplete or invalid address we are unable to process any claims for undelivered goods but if you inform us we will contact you if the goods are returned to us.

If the items are in stock, we endeavor to dispatch on the same day for orders received before 12 noon. Most UK orders are delivered within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take longer.

For orders under £60 in value we charge a fee of £2.50 for delivery up to a total weight of 2Kg and a fee of £3.95 for parcels over 2Kg. Our systems calculate the weight of your basket at checkout.

In 2013 new guidelines were issued to all carriers around the carriage of certain goods termed Dangerous. Generally this includes products such as Aerosols, Hair dyes, Nail Varnish, Perfumes etc. Some orders will be restricted due to these rules and we may contact you to discuss your order.

For orders to areas other than those outlined above including Channel Islands, some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland, Europe, and the Rest of the World it is best to contact us first to ensure we are able to deliver the products you require to your destination and get a quote for delivery. If goods are not received, we require contact to be made within 14 days of the email confirmation of dispatch of the item.

Methods of Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£UK).

Ordering from within the UK, all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards are acceptable.

Ordering from outside of the UK, payment can only be accepted by credit card.

Payment is normally debited from your account within 48 hours of your order.

Cheques or Postal Orders can be accepted (instructions for this are emailed to you on acceptance of your order). Goods will only be released on cleared funds.

Returns Policy

We have a total satisfaction guarantee policy. If for any reason you are not happy with a product please let us know within 3 days of its arrival by phone. Goods must be returned within 7 days of its arrival in their original packaging and have not been tampered with in any way. A handling and management charge of 10% will be deducted from the value of returns. We will also deduct the postage costs for the order unless the order was sent in error or the goods are faulty. The handling and management charge will be waved if the products have been sent in error or are faulty. Please pack securely and also insert a note for reason of return and post to the following return address.
